A Waves Workshop

In any moment we can be connected or disconnected, present or off somewhere in the distance. The 5Rhythms® movement meditation is an excellent place to practice all types connection, even to accept and be present with those who invoke our less desirable qualities.

As we open and become more sensitive to what flows within us and around us, subtle pathways of connectivity are revealed. Our instincts become more rooted in reality, our intuition blossoms, and our ability to listen expands. Dance by dance we become more connected to what is important to us, finding a richness in all of our connections.

*Amber is a healing artist with a strong background in dance and theatre whose embodiment and articulation of the 5Rhythms® moving meditation practice inspires depth and expansion. Her musical journeys deliver  into the heart & soul of our own beat, her leadership invites us to share our uniqueness in community, and her guidance leads us onto a path of greater freedom. She studied with 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth in NYC for 10 years, served as faculty on Gabrielle’s first 5Rhythms Reach Out for Kids, has led at Burning Man, Wanderlust Festival, Envision Festival, California Spirit Festival and is on Omega’s annual staff at Blue Spirit in Nosara, Costa Rica.  She is founder of Kids In Motion Nosara as well as The Sacred Arts Space which creates events that elevate the human spirit.
